General Conditions of Return and Refund
Right of withdrawal
The client will have 15 calendar days to withdraw from the contract and process the return of an item with which he is not satisfied. This term will apply from the day the customer receives the order.

In the event of a technical analysis of the product under the right of withdrawal, International Technology 3D Printers SL will do everything in its power to make the refund in the shortest possible time.
Defective item

In these cases, and in order to avoid further delays, International Technology 3D Printers S.L. May propose to the client the possibility of replacing the article with a new and revised one. In this case, at the time of removing the item, the courier would deliver the new one. International Technology 3D Printers S.L. Reserves the right to review the item withdrawn. In case of verifying that the problem has been derived by an incorrect manipulation or use of the same by the user, the amount of the corresponding repair would be invoiced. Returns due to lack of conformity
